David Bettoni, Zinédine Zidane's assistant during his years on the Real Madrid bench, is ready to become head coach. He confirmed this in an interview with AS, a decision he made:

"In the last three or four months of last season. I have spoken a lot with Zizou, because we have a friendship that goes beyond football. He always told me that I was able to train on my own, and when he was more insistent, maybe I had the feeling that he wanted to take a break, to stop for a while.” he declared.
