PREMIER - Saul is Just Beginning, Chelsea will Get Sevilla Star

The dream of Chelsea to get defensive reinforcement will be a reality. Not only getting Atletico Madrid's Saul Niguez, the Premier League club wants to sign Jules Kounde from Sevilla.
Thomas Tuchel's side was really active in the summer transfer window after signing Romelu Lukaku. They just broke another transfer record by spending €115 million just for the Belgian.
Having achieved a great result by winning twice in the Premier League matches, the Blues are still thirsty for power. They want to bolster midfield and back line by signing two other stars.
In addition, the club is targeting a new central midfielder and just giving a proposal to loan Saul. Competing with Manchester United, Chelsea feels optimistic to secure the Spaniard's services.
However, their maneuver is not over after looking at Kounde to enhance the back line. According to the Daily Star, the negotiation still continues between Chelsea and Sevilla.
The Champions League winner is trying to offer a cash plus a player for Kounde. They are hoping to complete the transfer, despites the release clause of the player being around €89 million.
